Rental Requirements:

• Renter must be at least 23 years old.
• Renter must have a valid motorcycle class driver’s license and valid passport or identity book.
• International driver’s license recommended for those not printed in English, French or German.
• Renter must also hold a major credit card.
• Only renter’s signing the rental agreement and waiver are allowed to operate the motorcycle.
• Both rider and passenger must wear an appropriate helmet during operation.
• Proper riding gear i.e. Jackets, Pants, Flaps, Boots, Gloves, Goggle, Glasses and Raingear are recommended.

Reservations and Deposits:

• Booking reservations are on-line, mail or fax
• A deposit of 50% of the rental fees will be charged to your credit card at the time the reservation was made.
• Reservations are not confirmed until a deposit is received.
• The balance is due 30 days prior to the collection of the motorcycle and can be paid by Credit Card or Bank wire transfer.
• Bank wire transfers should be arranged without any charges or fees to Open Road Adventure Inc.
• With your signature on the Rental confirmation & Credit Card Deposit Agreement form you accept these terms and conditions as a binding contract between Open Road Adventure Inc. and you, the renter.

Cancellation:

• Booking reservations are on-line, mail or fax
• If you wish to cancel a rental reservation, you have to do this in writing by email, mail or fax. The following terms apply:
• More than 60 days of reservation a CDN $200 Cancellation fee will be charged and the rest of the 50% deposit refunded.
• Between 30 and 60 days of reservation, the 50% deposit is non-refundable.
• Within 30 days of reservation are subject to 100% of rental.
• Cancellations due to insufficient rental requirements are the renter’s responsibility and are subject to full rental charges i.e. No motorcycle driver’s license, Inability to meet security deposit requirements.

Refunds:

• There are no refunds for early motorcycle returns or unused km.

Release and Waiver:

• Each Renter and Passenger is required to accept and sign a release and waiver form of rights before receiving the motorcycle. Open Road Adventure Inc. cannot accept any renter and passenger without a duly signed release and waiver form.

Privacy Policy:

• During the reservation process we ask for information such as email, address, birth date etc. We only require the information for the purpose of reservation of a rental motorcycle. Open Road Adventure Inc. does not rent, sell, or share this personal information about you with other people or other non-affiliated companies except those companies that required such information in execution of the rental agreement (for example: our insurance company
